Effective: June 10, 2026
The Sellers Group, A Professional Corporation (“TSG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our public website at tsgarchitecture.net (the “Site”) and to the password-protected Employee Portal accessible from the Site (the “Portal”).
1. Who We Are
The Sellers Group is a Louisiana professional corporation providing architecture and interior design services.

2. Information We Collect
From visitors to the public Site
- Information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the contents of any message you choose to send us.
- Server and hosting logs: your IP address, browser type and version, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. These are collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
From Employee Portal users
The Portal is available only to TSG employees and authorized contractors. If you have Portal access, we collect and maintain:
- Account information: name, work email, phone number, job title, professional biography, profile photo, employment status, and access role.
- Authentication data: a hashed (not plain text) copy of your password, password-reset tokens, and session cookies maintained by our authentication provider.
- Work records: time entries, expense entries, project assignments, calendar events, and related notes you create or are tagged in.
- Business records visible to your role: client information, project details, invoices, fee schedules, and reports.
- User-interface preferences:a small amount of data is kept in your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as light or dark theme.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
- To operate the firm's business, including timekeeping, billing, project management, and scheduling.
- To authenticate Portal users and maintain account security.
- To comply with tax, employment, professional licensure, and other legal obligations.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The Portal sets a small number of essential cookies that are required to keep you signed in. These cookies are managed by our authentication provider (Supabase) and expire when you log out or after a period of inactivity. The Portal also stores a small UI preference (such as light or dark theme) in your browser's local storage; this never leaves your device.
5. Service Providers
We rely on a limited set of trusted vendors to operate the Site and the Portal:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — website and Portal hosting, content delivery, and server logs.
- Supabase Inc. (United States) — database, authentication, and file storage. Portal data is stored in databases hosted in the United States.
These vendors process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights and safety of TSG or others, or in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the firm.
6. Where Your Data Is Stored
All personal information collected through the Site and the Portal is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all communications, password hashing, database row-level security, and role-based access controls within the Portal. Portal access is limited to current TSG employees and authorized contractors. No system, however, can be guaranteed completely secure. If we discover a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. How Long We Keep Information
- Inquiries submitted through the contact form are typically retained for up to 24 months unless we engage with you on a project, in which case they may be retained with the project file.
- Employee and contractor records are retained for the duration of your relationship with TSG, plus the period required by Louisiana and federal tax, employment, and professional regulations (generally seven years for tax records).
- Client and project records are retained in accordance with the records-retention obligations that apply to the practice of architecture in Louisiana.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may request the following with respect to personal information we hold about you:
- A summary of the categories of personal information we have collected about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information.
- Deletion, subject to records we are required by law or professional obligation to retain.
- An opt-out from any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in either.
To make a request, email gene@tsgarchitecture.com from the address associated with your information, or write to us at the mailing address above. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We extend the substance of these rights to all U.S. residents.
